I was born in Monterrey, México in 1987 in a family with Christian values. I attended a bilingual school, where I learned English since kindergarten. My passion for books started in second grade with the series Little Sister by Ann M. Martin, which eventually evolved to the Baby Sitters Club series from the same author. In high school, I attended Prepa Tec Campus Garza Sada, where I studied the multicultural program. The library in my high school was a treasure, and I was introduced to series like Nancy Drew by Ann M. Martin, the mysteries of Miss Marple and Hercule Poirot by Agatha Christie, Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and the young women books by Janette Oke, among many others.
Afterwards, I attended the renown university of Mexico, Tecnológico de Monterrey. I mayored in International Affairs due to my love for history and world cultures. During this time, I spent my summers translating for missionaries from USA during their mission trips in Mexico. One of the missionaries gave me a book from the O'Malley series by Dee Henderson. As I searched for more books in this genre, I found excellent authors, whose books I enjoyed, like Irene Hannon, Lynette Eason, Dani Pettrey, Colleen Coble, Patricia Bradley, Elizabeth Goddard, Nancy Mehl, to name a few.
After I finished college, I started working in 2010 as an English teacher in a Christian school called Colegio Maranatha. I recently finished studying my Master's Degree in Education and currently work as a middle school principal in Colegio Maranatha.
