Literary translator in French, English, and Spanish

My name is June Silinski, I was a student at ISIT, one of the best translation schools in Paris, France and then at Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio, in Madrid, Spain. I have been learning English and Spanish for 10 years and developped my translating and writing skilld through my studies and my professional experiences. 

I have lived in San Francisco, California, USA for more than a year, which allowed me to speak English fluently. I studied Spanish at the City College of San Francisco and I joined many associations, for instance the Food Bank, the National Park Conservancy Program, and the San Francisco SPCA. 

I have been living in Latin America for 18 months, starting in Ecuador, where I was working for an association dedicated to the protection of the Amazonian jungle and the Shuar culture. I studied for 5 months in the Linguistics department of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in La Paz, Bolivia before going to Patagonia, Argentina in order to volunteer in an ecological farm and learn about sustainable agriculture. In San José, Costa Rica, I worked for 5 months in a translation company specialized in tourism. I also lived in León, Nicaragua for 3 months during which I worked as a French teacher and an assistant manager at the French Alliance.
