I am a novice translator, looking for experiences that can turn me into a more apt translator for the market.

I was born in Brazil, Teresópolis, a city in the highland region of Rio de Janeiro state, which has become a stronghold of game translators in Brazil. I have met many translators in recent years, and became interested in the profession. 

I started translating as a hobby sometime in 2018. Then I searched paid jobs on the Internet. Eventually I found websites related to translation. I joined Babelcube as a way to gain professional experience in literary translation.

• 1 year experience in translation.
• Mother Tongue: Portuguese (Brazil)
• Fluent: English
• General (IT, electronics, games, medical, legal, hotels, engineering, human resources, websites)
• Proof-reading.
• Terminology research.
• CAT tools: Trados , MemoQ.
