Given my academic journey, I ended up with a vast knowledge on a few different areas such as: biology, topography, architecture, landscape and, of course, literature and comparative arts. I started doing a year on Landscape Architecture, for i had a basic training in sciences and a fare knowledge of architecture and design due to my social surroundings. I have switched over to Biology (one other passion of mine) where I remained for three years studying. There, in search of a better resolution, concerned with the future and wether I should keep that path or something else entirely, I made a one year course on Tourism and followed it professionaly for some time. Having gained with the experience some consolidation as to what I was looking for myself, as I also got to know myself better, I began my final graduation.
I have a degree on Languages, literature and Cultures at the Faculty of leters of the University of Lisbon. At a point, I decided to further complete my skils' set with a short course on Text Proofing. I hold a C2 level of English according to the European Council for Languages, and B2 on Spanish.
I'm experienced in literary translation in spanish, over the several dialects, and criative writing translation in english. I am also experienced in proof reading thesis both in european portuguese and in english.
At the moment I work as a tutor at a tutoring centre, namely Portuguese and English. I keep proof reading though on a freelance basis.
