Hi, my name is Jo Maia, I live in Brazil and I love reading, writing, translating and everything related to Literature. 

I got a bachelor's degree in Environmental Management in 2011 and I worked in a biochemistry laboratory for four years. 

In 2015 I got back to college to study Languages and Literature and in December 2016 I finished a specialization course in translation: English-to-Brazilian Portuguese.

I have been working as a freelance translator since then and I am seeking more opportunities in this field.
