My name is Jaume Ribera, I'm a Spanish author with many works published by the major Spanish publishing houses (Alfaguara, Anaya, Columna, Planeta, Destino and others). My fields are children, young adult, thrillers and humor. I've won several literary awards in Spain, being the most important The Spanish National Award for Children and Young Adult books.
I'm also a translator (from English and French into Spanish and Catalan, my two native languages) and I've been professionally translating books for 25 years. I've translated from authors like René Goscinny, Matt Groening, R.L. Stine, Isaac Asimov, Harold Foster and many others.
My translations are fluent and well written and pay attention to cultural nuances. I don't use translation software of any kind.
