I have been a reader since child and I hope to be one until the grave. My vocation for writing derives from this and also from the role-playing games in which I immersed my friends in their youth. Cervantes, Dumas, García Lorca, Tolkien and Oscar Wilde are my greatest sources of literary admiration. Their works occupy a preeminent place in my library along with more modern ones such as Isabel Allende, Patrick Rothfuss and Pérez-Reverte.
I am also a man of science. I have lived for three years in the south of France engaged in doctoral studies on cancer disease. They were successfully completed in 2021. Now in my thirties, I aspire to combine my work in the laboratory, my passion for writing and my love for my family.

I have three books published: Ecos de Tragicomedia, Truenos de Tragedia and Estirpe Maldita under the pseudonym Barón de Pretto. The latter has had a greater impact than its predecessors thanks to my learning on how to use Amazon's marketing tool. Since the usual reader in Spain is still quite impervious to fantasy literature, I would like to find translations for my works -starting with the last one- in order to launch them in markets more akin to this genre such as the English, American or Canadian ones. I am convinced that with the right advertising campaign they will be well received by the target readers.
