My name is Iacopo, I'm Italian and I'm interested in undertaking a career as a book translator. I hope this website proves to be a fruitful starting point and source of experience, just as much as I hope that my skills will provide a professional and profitable hand to all generous writers that will allow me to work for them.

Up until now, I have built a short but rather successful experience as a localizator for online companies, mostly (but not limited to) in the field of entertainment. I've translated a huge variety of text fortmats and writing styles: starting from short strings of text to more complex and long articles, from narrative and novel-esque works to non-fictional and legal documents and from a contemporary and modern style of writing to the most classical and ancient types of expression.

I also think it is worth mentioning that I have completed studies in both the humanistic/literary and technical fields, which gives me an advantage when it comes to the translation of documents related to topics such as science and technology.
