I have been a translator for over 7 years, working with a variety of texts, such as newspaper articles, scientific articles, humanitarian texts, technical texts, poerty, literature and many other genres.
In Canada, I studied english at Ilac Academy of English, located in Vancouver - British Columbia, where I could come into contact with english speaking natives. Likewise, I have also studied spanish at Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico.
Currently, I am at the end of my Master's course in Translation Studies, at the Federal University of Ceará, where I research retranslations with a State of Ceará research grant.
My translation of the best-seller S. M Gaither - Song of the Marked is currently in Brazilian editorial market, along with many other texts in different medias.
In my perspective, translation is about creating bridges and accessibility connecting differente cultures and individuals inserted in different social-historical contexts.
