Hello my fellow language lovers,
my name is Greta, I am 30 years old and originally from the North of Italy.
I grew up in a bilingual region which for sure was the starting point for my language passion, which I persued from a early age on. Growing up with two languages brought me to a third one in Middle School. I than attended a High School focused on languages studies, so I learnd other three languages there. In total I did my high school exam at the age of 19 in six different languages (German, Italian, English, French, Spanish and Russian.
I than decided to do my Bachelor Studies at the University of Vienna and got my BA in Romance Studies with a focus on Spanish, Portuguese and Catalan. After my BA I went to Barcelona to start my MA in Translation Studies with English and Spanish as my main languages and focusing on economics and law as fields of translation.
Coming back home I started also teaching English and Spanish in High School and working as translator side by side whenever I had the chance to.
And here I am, polyglot by nature and passion and I hope to be always able to work in this field.
