Born and raised in Italy, I've been in love with writing and foreign languages all my life.
This is why I embarked on the journey to become a professional translator - and I wouldn't trade it with anything else!
In March 2015 I completed my studies in Specialized Translation with a thesis about a South African novel, translating some chapters and presenting my analysis and comments.
Before I could jump aboard the literary industry, though, I left Italy for South Africa, following my heart (and the man I love).
I have experience translating in the fields of tourism and art, plus some academic experience with literary translations but I'd love to explore more the world of books.
Being an avid reader myself, I am eager to give an Italian voice to new, talented authors.
