Biography
Francis Wade was born in Massachusetts, moved to Kingston, Jamaica, spent a year in Tampa, grew up in Kingston, and split the next 21 years between college in upstate New York and work in New Jersey and Fort Lauderdale. Nine years ago, he moved back to Kingston.
He's an alumnus of AT&T Bell Labs and has been an entrepreneur for 21 years, many of which he has spent comparing a U.S. culture that ranks among the top 3 in the world in terms of its productivity with a Jamaican culture that ranks #86. Inspired by the gap, he's authored Perfect Time-Based Productivity and Bill's Im-Perfect Time Management Adventure. Along with the training he's developed, both books help him fulfill his aspiration to make time-based productivity easy to learn and teach in every corner of the world.
Francis completed his Bachelors and Masters degrees at Cornell University in 4 1/2 years in the fields of Operations Research and Industrial Engineering. As a member of the teaching faculty of the University of Phoenix, he enjoys full access to their state-of-the-art research libraries. As the founder of 2Time Labs he uses discoveries in diverse fields to craft cutting edge solutions.
Francis is a newspaper columnist, recovering triathlete, avid reader and lover of all kinds of personal improvement. He's always at airports with his wife, Dale, but he has done most of his recent writing from the hills overlooking Kingston
