In everyday life I work as a parttime translator. For several years I have been exploring literary translation. It helps me to understand the world around me in many ways. You try to capture the intended meaning of the author and the deeper levels of the text. Cultural values and creative solutions are important. I also get to use my other favourite skill – writing. I like writing everything from book reviews to interviews to essays and blogs.
