Brazilian by birth, I am also a British citizen. I am an Engineer who has a deep regard for the untangible, the mystery, the unknown. I am passionate about literature and would love to contribute by translating other people's art to my mother tongue.

I was born in Florianopolis, an island off the Brazilian Atlantic coast, in 1971.

I spent most of my childhood travelling in Southern Brazil due to my father's work demands. That helped shape me as someone adaptable and not particularly attached to a place.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering in Brazil in 1995, I worked as a Hardware Design Engineer for 20 years (5 of which in the UK) until coming back to Brazil in 2005 to open my own company. 

Today I am the President of the South American operation of a global semiconductor distributor.

i have always been passionate about reading and writing and translating books is one of my dream jobs.

I am married and have two wonderful children.
