Fabio Maltagliati was born in Milan and he began a managerial career specializing in Retail Market. In the midst of numbers and percentages, his writing hunger remains dormant for twenty years until 2013 when, to keep a promise made to a little girl ("this year for Christmas my present for you will be a special book!"), he wrote his first novel "Il Tesoro dell'Isola delle Nebbie" ("The Island of Mists' Treasure").
In the following years, he wrote other novels, deciding to became a self-publisher.
