Thanks for looking at my profile. I'm afraid I currently have a huge backlog of assignments and am unable to take on any more projects at the moment.
Born in Japan and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada, I worked in Japanese TV news, joined an international wire service as a reporter and later made a switch to become the first female photographer at our Tokyo bureau, left my position as chief fotog to return to YVR after 20 years, and have since moved back to Tokyo and been freelancing as a J<>E translator.
In between my daily corporate translation assignments I also do J-E manga translations and have translated a number of books, both fiction and nonfiction, and am now working on a Japanese non-fiction publication due for completion ahead of the upcoming Frankfurt Book Fair.

Author review: Eriko did an excellent translation from English to Japanese of Crimson and the Battle of Lonely Mountain. She was very detailed-oriented and I would highly recommend her. You can see her translation at www.CrimsontheDragon.com |
