Hi, welcome to my profile!

I have a solid 7 years of experience as a Technical Translator in the international language industry. I am a certified professional under ABNT NBR ISO 17100:2022, PROZ and Translators Without Borders, providing voluntary translation services for the WHO and the American Red Cross.

Furthermore, I hold a postgraduate degree in Languages, Their Technologies, and the World of Work from the Federal University of Piauí, completed in 2023. I also have a postgraduate degree in English Translation from Estácio de Sá University, completed in 2021. Additionally, I earned a bachelor's degree in English Language from Estácio de Sá University, completed in 2017.

I specialized in technical translation from English to Portuguese, working with texts in the following fields: IT, marketing, tourism, aviation, agriculture, logistics, cybersecurity, and general content. As I refined my translation skills over time, I began offering review, machine translation post-editing, and LQA. Additionally, I hold over 40 certifications in linguistics, English, and Portuguese, including an eight-year English course at Pingo’s School, Pink and Blue Freedom.

I have advanced skills in CAT tools such as SDL Trados Studio, memoQ, Phrase/Memsource, WordFast, Crowdin, and XTM. I uphold values such as confidentiality, strict adherence to deadlines, high productivity, commitment, sustainable solutions, and quality delivery.

Before starting my career as a Translator, I worked as an English Teacher at Your Way Languages school, teaching at the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras complex, as well as a private English tutor. I translated academic articles for university students and professors in Portugal and Brazil. In 2021, I had the opportunity to contribute to the John Whitlam Translation Office in partnership with ABRATES, the Brazilian Association of Translators and Interpreters.

Currently, I provide linguistic services to various international translation agencies and companies worldwide, including RWS Group, CyberX - The Ethical Hacking Services, ATL Languages, Rainforest Alliance, among others.
