Elo Rojas was born in 1972 in Mexico City. He lives in different cities like: San Cristobal de las Casas Chiapas, Tuxtla Gutierrez, Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Barcelona Spain and Mexico City.
He currently lives in Juriquilla, Santiago de Querétaro where among other things dedicated to photography, writing and teaching.
Write since he was 12. His first book was published in 1996 called "De la razón a la imaginación" where you can find stories , texts, essays and poems.
In 2011 he published his first novel under the name " Ana y las mil noches."
In December 2011 obtained the degree of Master of Liberal Studies majoring in Contemporary Latin American Literature from the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Querétaro.
In November 2012 presents his third book called " El libro de los amores perdidos" A collection of 20 short stories.
His style comes from the short story. It is characterized by unexpected endings, and messages to reflect timelessness. Elo Rojas defines himself as an apprentice philosopher but without losing sight of the everyday and the real, the stories to be told. It has been defined as a philosophical novel as thought-provoking human aspects through agile and current narrative.
His keen vision comes from photography. His capacity for synthesis is similar to the image produced by the camera. Thus, the visual image influneces literary image full of metaphors and symbols. Stories that invite themselves to deepen historicism and reality.
In December 2013 introduced his second novel called " Epifanía" a journey to the center of oneself which was maintained for 3 weeks at number one in sales in Amazon Mexico in the category of literary fiction.
In 2014 his new novel places seeking new ways of expression.
