After I started teaching myself English at the age of 10, and after analysing my parents' Beatles and Stones records to bits, Reeves & Mortimer and Hislop & Merton became my best friends outside of school.
By the time I was 16, I had read many of the classics: The Picture of Dorian Gray, Bram Stoker's Dracula, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, Jane Eyre, East of Eden, The Turn of the Screw, The Sign of Four, 1984, The Catcher in the Rye, And Then There Were None, to name a few.
I am a technical, scientific and business translator but there is nothing I would like more than being a book translator.
My main interests in non-fiction are natural science and history.
