Danilo is a Brazilian English teacher and translator. Having finished his undergrad in English Language and Literature at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) in 2012, he went on to continue his studies with an MA in English Language Literature in the same institution, focusing on Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu's works and finally got his title in 2016. Being an English Language teacher since 2009, he dealt with many linguistic challenges and, subsequently, greatly improved his researching skills. When it comes to translation, he started his career in 2013 translating some small articles for personal use. During his MA, he translated some short stories due to the fact that they were not available in Portuguese-BR. Since then, he has been working translating some academic articles and summaries as well as short stories for personal uses, mainly from authors who are not usually translated into PT-BR. Because of this, he has grown really fond of doing Literature translation and is always seeking for the next opportunity to doing it and improving his own experience in the field.
