Hi! I'm a Spanish freelance translator and teacher, specialised in Audiovisual Translation. I'm really interested in children's books and YA fiction.

I've been an avid reader since a very young age. When the time came to choose my career, I just loved the idea of being a translator, so I did Translation and Interpreting Studies at uni and afterwards decided to go abroad to improve my English and live new experiences.

I started working with young children in nurseries and primary schools, where I learned about language acquisition and the important role of books in their lives. I also have a Master's degree in Audiovisual Translation and I'm now working as a freelace translator and English & French teacher.

I would love to translate children's books, but also general fiction, historical fiction, and science fiction, which are my favourite genres.
