It is the spaces inbetween, the one's that have no words, which determine a translators work. If one succeeds translating what's not there, creating a similar feeling for the reader as the author did in the original, it can be considered a success.

Since I can remember, I wanted to work with Literature. This lead me to choosing German / English and Literature as a major during highschool, had me participate in our schools paper for 3 years and finally made me study Comparative Literature and Languages.

With 10 years of exprience in translations, among other things, a published arts catalogue, where I wrote content and translated the whole book (200+ pages, published and available at Zweitausendeins Verlag Germany.) and my choice of writing and translating everyday as a profession, helped me achieve a level of skills, knowledge and expertise, that ensures the highest quality of my projects.
