I am an Italian freelance translator and interpreter and I have been working in this field for 4 years now. 

I have always loved foreign languages and that is why I started learning them since high school. I started with French, English, Spanish and Russian until I enroll at university.

I took a BA in Linguistic Mediation which involved translation and interpreting using English, Spanish and Italian for tourism and marketing. I had the chance to broaden my knowledge and learn new things regarding this field. However, I did not stop there. I continued my studies with a MA in Modern Languages for International Cooperation and Communication at the University of Padua.

Since I have always loved tv series and films, I tried to apply what I had learnt during my years at university to what I love and, as a consequence, I enroll in the Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Translation at the University of Cadiz, Spain where I specialised in subtitling, dubbing and localization.

I work with Italian (my native language), English and Spanish. My services include the translation of different types of texts, subtitling and dubbing, localization and interpreting.

I work with both international translation agencies and direct clients and since 2016 I am a volunteer translator for TED. I am also a Spanish and English teacher because it gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion for foreign languages with my students.

I have a C1 Certificate for both English and Spanish and I a member of the SELM association (Sociedad Española de Lenguas Modernas).
