After having completed my BA in English and Japanese at the univeristy of Düsseldorf in 2011, I have been working as a registered freelance translator, focussing mainly on non-literary texts up until now. While I have enjoyed my work immensely so far, especially in the fields of medical and touristic translation, I would love to gain more experience in the field of literary translation, as books and reading are among my greatest passions, next to travelling, fitness and food. I am currently completing a Master's program in literary translation at the university of Düsseldorf.
