I'm a native Dutch woman, lived in the Netherlands for over 45 years and currently live in an Internatiional environment where English is the main language used for communication.
I have a strong linguistic background, studied both languages on a high level and worked as a language teacher in the past, also for both languages. I taught the Dutch language to non-Dutch speakers in the Netherlands (in Dutch) and English to non-English speakers in Cambodia.
As a professional translator, I translate 500 words per hour with a maximum of 3000 a day at a rate of $0.05/sw for full translation. For large quantities (>5000 words) the rate is $0.04/sw and for proofreading I charge $0.03/sw.
