I'm a freelance translator who's eager to learn more and gather experience.

I am a native speaker of Portuguese (Brazilian). I started learning English when I was two years old while studying at an international school, from which I graduated two years ago. At the age of 8, I began my studies in French, and at age 11, Spanish. I now consider myself fluent in all three languages. In fact, in 2021 I took the Cambridge AS-level exams in Spanish and French and received an A for both. That same year, I also took the Cambridge C2 Proficiency exam in English and earned a B.

Throughout my life, I have been an avid reader and literature enthusiast. I am also deeply interested in history, especially European.

Although I have little formal experience in translation, my school years made me proficient in dealing with multiple languages and performing minor translations on occasion.

I have great attention to detail, and I am eager to learn and improve in my trade.

I use CAT tools for all my translations, with Smartcat being my preferred choice.
