My passion for translations officially started in 2003 when I decided to register for academic courses in literature and foreign languages. The third year at university represented a key moment in my career for it brought about the opportunity to register for translation courses in both English and French. These courses, coupled with the insights offered by other courses in literature and linguistics gave me the possibility to further improve my translation skills.
Soon after graduation I started working as a certified translator concurrently with my activity as an English language trainer. The latter presented me with numerous opportunities to improve my linguistic knowledge as well as my communication skills.
In 2008 I was offered a translator job with a company doing official translations for the European Parliament. This particular job allowed me to gain an insight into what professional, high quality translations presupposed and it helped me improve the relation between high quality performance and deadlines.
I am a passionate reader and I would like to assist authors in sharing their thoughts and work with as many readers as possible.
