Throughout my work experience and studies I have developed both my written and spoken skills in English and Spanish. My native language is Spanish, but I started learning the basics of English since I was very young. I decided to study translation because I have a passion for languages, grammar rules, good writing, and I'm a perfectionist in everything that I do. Even though I only know the basics of French, my goal is to learn the language and be able to speak fluently as I have been able to with English. I have never lived or even visited the US, but I work for a company that's located there, which has helped me gain a wide knowledge of the American culture and their language. I currently work as an English teacher, and that has also been key to developing my knowledge of grammar rules and good writing techniques. The experience I have as a translator includes different fields of work, so I believe I would be able to translate many different types of books and texts.
