My greatest experience with translation would be during my time as a call center representative. The project where I worked at had a wide variety of responsabilities for us, but one of them was being a translator of live calls for the Unemployment Office in the state of Georgia. Unfortunately for me, there was no ceritification for such task, but it really helped me to improve my skills in interpreting.
