Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels sprouts
½ tbsp. of balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp of salt or add to taste
Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 °F degrees.
Line a baking pan with foil and coat with olive oil cooking spray or any cooking spray.
Cut the bottom of each Brussels sprout off (about ¼" or less) and then cut each Brussels sprout into quarters. Place the sprouts in a single layer on the baking pan.
Lightly coat with olive oil and vinegar, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast for about 20-30 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are slightly browned and tender throughout. Shake the pan a few times during roasting to brown them evenly.
