2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp nama shoyu
1 package tofu, cut into 1” cubes
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 cup brussel sprouts, steamed and diced
3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 scallions, sliced
12 grape tomatoes, sliced
1/2 tsp ginger , ground
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Spanish smoked paprika
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method:
1) In a skillet over medium heat, melt the oil. Add onions and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
2) Add the nama shoyu, tofu, and Vegan Salmon spread, cooking on medium-low heat.
3) Add the vegetables and spices. Cook until soft.
