Ingredients:
2 medium broccoli heads, cut into florets
4 garlic cloves, lightly crushed
1 tsp fresh rosemary
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup grated vegan cheese
Directions:
In a deep bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic and vegan cheese together. Toss in broccoli and coat well.
Place in a baking dish in one layer and roast in a preheated to 350 F oven for 20 minutes; stir and bake for 10 minutes more.
