Ingredients
1½ cups frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup quick cooking oats
¼ tablespoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup white whole wheat flour
Instructions
Add baking powder, allspice, and salt in a bowl, then sift flour into the bowl and mix in the oats.
At the center, make a well and add milk, oil, vanilla, maple syrup, and applesauce. Stir the mixture until it is combined. Set aside for five minutes to allow it to thicken then fold in the blueberries.
