A true vegan diet consists purely of plant-based foods. True vegetarians avoid even dairy products, fish and eggs. However it’s usually due to religious or ethical views that people begin to follow such strict rules. In most cases vegetarians are flexitarians. It means that they eat occasionally cheese, seafood, fish, lean meat, eggs, milk etc.
Only when the body is detoxified, healthy and rejuvenated can fat and weight loss be achieved! Otherwise, losing weight by fads, weight loss pills, surgery and restrictive diets may work in the short term but are not a long term solution. Poor health, toxicity and acidity will surely follow as well as the return of extra body weight and abdominal fat..
The common negatives you hear about a vegan diet – losing muscle mass and strength, hair loss, horrendous digestion, tooth decay, freezing cold hands and feet, frequent urination, insomnia, dry skin, loss of menstruation and sex drive, and more are things most assume to be a consequence of avoiding animal products. Stone and Randall propose otherwise and aim for “fixing” your vegan diet instead of rushing you down to the local steakhouse.
If you are ready to take action and change your life for the better, this book will definitely guide you in the right direction!

1/3 cup sunflower seeds, soaked
1/4 cup mung bean sprouts
3 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp kelp flakes
1 tsp nama shoyu
1/2 cup yellow onion
2 celery stalks
Salt, to taste
Method:
3) Using a food processor combine sunflower seeds, mung bean sprouts, almond butter, kelp powder*, nama shoyu*, and salt*. Blend until mixture reaches a smooth paste.
