The billionaire's alibi: the contract (the billionaire's alibi #2)

William Henry Harper is not happy about his mother's latest scheme to restructure his image. Still, he's confident he can get rid of the women who's been hired to be his fake girlfriend—all he has to do is exercise a little bit of patience and learn all of the skeletons in her closet. But when she saves him from the police, the press, and his own inner demons, will he be so quick to let her go?

Alexa Romo is not happy that Rebecca is blackmailing her, no matter what the perks of being a billionaire's girlfriend are. She's confident that the Harpers have secrets of their own, and even more sure that if she can only discover them, she can use them against her captors. But when she finds herself falling for the fantasy, will she be able to betray this family for her own?

Sales info:

This book has been a huge seller through iTunes in a number of English and Spanish speaking countries as well as all over Europe.

The series for this book has 6 books in total that all sell at $3.99 in digital, attracting a high quality audience that is not necessarily looking for a bargain, but rather for a good read. The feedback has been almost entirely positive, as you can see from a lot of the reviews on various retailers with the book.

The series will hit 9 books in total, with the last one scheduled for an June 2015 release. So far, each book in the series has gained steam with every new release. The series is just getting started but is already selling hundreds of books internationally per month, and it will only go up from there.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who wants to translate the series, as I'd like to work with the same translator over and over again. I'm especially looking for German and Spanish translators as those are two markets the English ebooks are already selling in; Canada is also a popular country so a French translator would be great. However, I'm open to translations in all languages available.

Finally, I'm looking for someone who is entrepreneurial and can really market the books in the appropriate countries. I'll provide ample marketing content from blog posts to bonus scenes and more that can be translated for the audience, and I'm also happy to set up and host a translated version of my website where a translator could post the content. I am happy to redo the covers as well for specific translations to appeal to that audience. I'm looking for a partner to work with and I hope to find one in every language offered!

Sample text:

ALEXA stared at the elegantly papered walls of the sitting room that, in just the past few hours, had become her prison. A prison of her own making, but still. Now that she had given her statement—or, at least, Rebecca's version of her statement—she had all but sealed her fate as Will's alibi.

She had told the police all the facts—aside from the details of where and how exactly she had found Will. Though she claimed she had spent the entire night with him, the truth was that she couldn't vouch for his whereabouts between the time she left him with Vivian in the hotel elevators and the time she found him passed out and naked in the hallway.

Alexa stood from the couch and paced in short steps. Being alone for so long with no idea what would become of her was beginning to take its toll. She wrung her hands and tried to steady her breath as unwelcome questions invaded any sense of serenity she might have had left.

Did he sleep with Vivian? She had no idea. Did he pass out before or after Vivian was killed? There was no way to tell. She knew that Will wasn't a killer—knew it in her gut—but what if her little lie somehow obstructed justice and made it harder for the police to find Vivian's real murderer?

She had heard of retracting a statement from the movies, but the legal ramifications of what she was doing had barely crossed her mind. Until now. Could she get in trouble for this? She was lying to the police, and if it turned out that Will did remember something important from those few lost hours, the authorities would know she had lied to protect him.

Alexa crossed to one of the windows and stared out at the expanse of thick grass and manicured trees that comprised the side yard, though the scenery seemed like a vast green blur. A thousand and one thoughts flew through her mind at high speed.
