Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans cream-style corn
1 (15.25 ounce) cans whole-kernel corn
3/8 (16 ounce) package frozen diced hash brown potatoes
2 ¼ teaspoons butter
½ red onion, chopped
½ sweet white onion, chopped
1 bell peppers, chopped
1 stalks celery, chopped
1 large carrots, chopped
3/4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 hot cherry peppers, seeded and chopped
¾ poblano peppers, seeded and chopped
1 ½ cups half-and-half cream
Procedure:
In a crockpot, place creamed corn and kernel corn together. Add hash browns, stir and cook on low for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, place skillet over medium flame and melt butter. Add chopped red and white onion, bell peppers, celery, carrots and jalapeno, cherry and poblano peppers together to the skillet. Stir and cook for 15 minutes until vegetables turn soft. Add fried vegetables to the crockpot and stir until combine.
Top veggies with half and half and cook for 3 hours on low heat setting, stir occasionally.
