1 lb. – Chicken Breast – or 6 Chicken Tenders
1 can – Corn – yellow, drained
2 cups – Butter Beans
2 cup – Tomatoes – canned
2 – Potatoes – white, cubed
1 – Onion – medium, chopped
2 ribs – Celery – chopped
½ cup – Tomato Ketchup
½ cup – BBQ Sauce
2 teaspoons – Onion Powder
2 teaspoons – Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons – Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon – Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon - Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons – Butter
3 cups – Chicken Stock
Instructions
Put all the ingredients (except the chicken stock) into a freezer bag, place in the freezer and leave to freeze.
When ready to cook, transfer to crockpot.
Add 3 cups of Chicken Stock.
Cook on Low for 5 hours or on Medium for 6 hours.
Remove cooked chicken tenders from crockpot, shred and return to crockpot.
Serve.
