whipping cream, heavy – ¼ cup
milk – 1 cup
garlic gloves, minced – 2
large russet potatoes, sliced into ½ inches – 4
onion, diced – 1
Colby and Monterey jack cheese, shredded and divided – 2 cups
Green onion for topping – ½ cup
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat some olive oil in a large saucepan over high heat
Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown them in the saucepan, 1 minute for each side
Meanwhile, whisk together some cream, milk, whipping cream and potatoes and set aside
