Potatoes with Bacon & Beans

Ingredients
7-8 bacon strips, chopped
1 pound fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
1/2 pound potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup chicken stock
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook chopped bacon in the skillet over medium heat, until crisp, for about 4-5 minutes.
Remove bacon to kitchen towels, dry and set aside until serving.
Mix chopped beans, potatoes, and onions in your crock pot. Pour in chicken stock and couple tablespoons grease from the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, cover and cook on low for 6 hours until potatoes are cooked and tender.
Add bacon, stir to combine and serve warm.
