Directions:

In skillet, heat the oil. Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes or until translucent. Add the garlic, turmeric, coriander, ginger, and almonds. Stir for 1 minute. Add the chicken stock and stir. Transfer everything to a food processor and blend until smooth.
