Ground beef, lean – 16 oz.
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 1 tbs.
Onion, minced - 3 tbs.
Chili sauce - 3/4 cup
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tsp.
Water - 2 tbs.
Egg - 1 piece
Cranberry sauce, jellied - 1 can of 8 oz.

DIRECTIONS:

At first, prepare the oven for cooking in advance at 350 F.
Then take up a large bowl, add in water, eggs, minced onion, ground beef, and bread crumbs. Mix them nicely.
Roll the mixture to make small meatballs.
Let it bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven; turn it once.
Now take up a slow cooker, put it over low heat. Then add in lemon juice, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and chili sauce.
Finally place prepared meatballs in it. Let them simmer for at least 60 min. before serving.
