In a small but very expensive hotel of the nation’s capital, it is just announced that an investigation specialist, named Siva is next in line to become a billionaire. A powerful, ruthless group nominated him when he travels the country fighting money looting and money laundering.
But Siva would not take one point five billion to discontinue the money scandal case – to which many names are linked – of a presidential candidate who died in police custody.
