This book goes into depth into one of the very best exercises you can do for yourself, and in fact (in my unbiased and "unabridged" opinion) THE very best exercise you can do for yourself, bar NONE.

Do this ONE exercise in conjunction with a regular routine as mentioned in 0 Excuses Fitness, and I PROMISE you that if you do what is being mentioned ALONG with the DEEP BREATHING I EMPHASIZE (I can't emphasize that enough, by the way) and don't make excuses, then this ONE exercise and it's variants WILL get you in the best shape of your life!

It’s the WALKING BACK up that’s the best part. Done in conjunction with squats, you quite literally need NOTHING ELSE FOR THE ENTIRE BODY, including NO OTHER PUSHUPS either!
Now, I’ll explain the mechanics of this in the exercises section beneath, but for now, let’s just suffice to say that THIS one exercise gets me breathing deeply like nothing else does and probably will.
And it’s not just huffing and puffing as with squats.
This is a DIFFERENT kind of DEEP, DEEP, breathing. I literally feel my lungs expand to their capacity with each deep inhale, and deflate to the max with EACH exhale.
The effect is almost “karmic” and spiritual, at a certain level and those who have done it will know.
Strangely enough, I recover quicker from the squats than I do these, even though technically this is supposed to be an “easier workout”.
The point, my dear reader is THIS –
FOCUS ON YOUR BREATHING WHEN YOU WORKOUT, and especially MORE SO
when you do THESE exercises!

Note – make sure your doing these with other exercises. I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again, even the very best things only really work when in conjunction with other GOOD exercises.
That’s not to say though that this exercise alone isn’t enough to give you a workout from Cain. I’ve had workouts where I’ve done nothing but a bit of bridging and 130-200 of my ALL TIME favorite exercise, and guess what, I felt like a billion bucks.
But, I’m by no means a beginner at these.
