This book will provide you with some great information on how to be more productive while also learning how to procrastinate less.
I started reading about productivity and after a while implemented some simple rules to get more efficient. It works really good for me, so I don't see contraindications for you to use these rules. I hope you will like the content and find it helpful.
If you are interested in being able to pick things up fast, then this is the book for you. Do not continue studying the way you have always been doing so. The act of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is said to be insanity.

In addition to the SMART aspects mentioned above, your goal should incorporate some level of accountability. You probably already know what you ‘should’ be doing, but setting a goal using the SMART aspects will help keep you accountable and on track. It helps to choose goals that you are truly motivated to accomplish, ones that align strongly with your personal values and that make you feel good about yourself once you accomplished them. This will make it easier to push through when it get difficult or challenging and make it more likely that you’ll actually achieve your goal.
When choosing a goal, you may also want to keep in mind ways that you can keep yourself accountable for achieving it. If your goal is to lose weight, you may want to enlist an accountability partner who checks up on you periodically to make sure you’re on track to reach your goal. If your goal is financially oriented, talk to your bank and see if they have any special savings plans that penalize you for touching the money in your account. These types of accountability hacks could make or break your goal-reaching success.
