Melt the chocolate and coconut milk over low heat, whisking constantly. Line a 9x12 baking sheet, covered with parchment, spread the mixture evenly and put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Mix coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla and honey in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Put nuts and dates in a food processor and chop until course sand form, then add shredded coconut and pulse again.
Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the nut mixture. Spoon the new mixture on top of the cold one and spread evenly. Cover with a piece of parchment paper and press the mixture into the sheet. Remove the top paper and put the sheet in the fridge for 2 hours. When set, cut into rectangles.
