If you are anything like most adults, you have likely tried many diets already. It's likely that you are looking for the way to lose weight without counting calories, lose body fat and the way to improve your health.
In this book you will learn what the paleo diet is, how to transition to it and how satisfying it is.
This book will explain how this can be an enjoyable lifestyle change. By reading it, you will know whether this is the plan you have been looking for.
Paleo is all about going back to the diets of those in pre-historic times. Back then, people were more reliant on the environment for food. There wasn’t a lot of cooking that happened at that point, so people were eating food without much if any processing.
The Paleo Diet is the healthiest way you can eat as you are only allowed to eat what our distant ancestors ate. Also known as the caveman or Stone Age diet, Paleo diet is practically an outstanding diet that makes your genetics work for you and helps you stay strong, thin and healthy.
