Ingredients
4 tbsp hemp seeds
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 cups of water
Half cup of coconut cream
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1 pinch nutmeg
Half tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
Combine all the ingredients in the blender jar other then salt, pepper and hemp seeds.
Blend until completely smooth.
Now add seasoning with salt and pepper and shift to a serving bowl.
While serving, splash with hemp seeds.
