Using myself as an example, here were my calculations to simply lose fat when I began (3370 calories daily):

Between 715-817 calories of carbs
Between 265-327 calories of fat
Now, honestly, I didn’t always meet these specific breakdowns on a daily basis. I think I hit them about 75% of the time but I was able to meet my daily caloric goal about 95% of the time.
