This refers to a very useful and beneficial NLP technique that plays a significant role in inducing a certain mind frame that brings about such emotions as happiness, relaxation among others. This can be in the form of a word, gesture or touch that represents an anchor, and is recalled later using the same anchor. The most important question is how to use this technique. In this case, I want you to recall a time when you were very happy e.g. when you received good news, had a first kiss among others. In your head, narrate the story to someone detailing the events that took place leading to the happy moment. Picture that very moment and recall what it felt like.
Now, hold your left index finger and the middle finger in your right hand. Gently squeeze them twice. As you make the squeezes, enlarge the happy moment and make it feel closer to you. Then imagine that happy feeling happening right there and magnify it as much as possible.
