Only a person who has never meditated for a minute in their life would say this. First off, let me ask you a question from a biological or scientific point. Do you think it is possible for the mind to completely blank? Wait for a minute before you offer an answer. It is true that in its purest form, meditation focuses on emptiness, but this does not mean that your mind has to be blank.
